I don't know how I feel about the Gollum fig. Should have given it a swappable head so he could be helpful Smeagol as well.

The Fellowship looks fantastic. Gollum looks a little strange, though.

I need Gandalf and that Ring Wraith. These guys all look great. I quite like Gollum as well. The Uruk-Hai has an awesome helmet, shield, and sword.
