My reasons for answering "no" (which are probably waaaaaaay different than Makuta_of_Oz's) are in the topic. Still, it's a pretty good question, and I enjoyed thinking through my answer. Always nice to have a poll that actually makes me think rather than just a "favorite X/Y/Z" poll or an opinion poll with poorly-defined options.

Why are the answers yes and no, when the poll isn't a yes or no question? Either phrase it as "Should BZP change to HFP" or change the answers to "BZP", "HFP", and "don't know/don't care".
