It sounds like an awesome idea! =D I think it would be better off like the old staff member interviews were, when they post them in GD, if they were to do the idea. Powercast might make it inconvenient for some to be interviewed, but I might be wrong. =/

It sounds like a great idea, though - you ought to start it in your blog now. Just a series of about 10-20 questions , both about what their talent is, what they've created, and just a lot of random questions that could give some interesting answers. You should try it, though, maybe a once a week/month process - I think it'd be awesome. ^^

I used to do interviews years ago on a few forums. They tend to be pretty fun for interviewer or interviewee, so I'd say go for it.

I like the idea, I actually enjoy reading about things. Depending on what is being chatted about it sometimes makes me feel like I know the person better.
