Pop (1990-present day)

70's music. (Well uh, 1970's duh) ;)

Dance (mostly present day stuff, but a good oldie here are there is fun too)

Dubstep (aka Skrillex)

Country. ( New and some old stuff)

And many more but I would start to boar you guys! :P

How do you define "70's music"? There's a lot of genres that were popular in that decade. progressive rock and disco come to mind first. Electronic music also started around then.

I find myself liking music from many genres, but I usually prefer rock and electronic music.

:kaukau: Classical. I like Beethoveen and Bach and Wagner. I also love how John Williams takes inspiration from them and does them justice.

I also like gregorian chants, hymnal music, poetic contemplative music like that of Simon and Garfunkel, and 70's/80's rock (dramatic guitar solos for the win).

I also like songs that really innovate on themselves as they go along, making the whole thing worth it, as opposed to "Hey Jude", which is pure "na na na na na na na - na na na na - hey hey" for the last four minutes.

But actually, beyond what I just mentioned, I'm susceptible to most genres, some more than others.

It means Skrillex... The band...

Well your wording ("Dubstep AKA Skrillex", with "AKA" meaning "also known as" thus "Dubstep also known as Skrillex") implies some sort of idea that Skrillex is the definition or embodiment of the genre.

also, Skrillex technically isn't a band since it's just one dude, in the same way that Nine Inch Nails and M83 aren't bands because they're just one person. More of a musical project or act than a band.
