In DS9, there's a sentient holoprogram character named Vic Fontaine- a singer in a lounge (connected to a casino) based on the 1960s. Anyway, the creator of the program put a 'jack in the box' in Vic's program, which caused the lounge to be taken over by gangsters. The entire senior staff (with the exception of Worf) team up to steal all of the money from the casino to prevent the leader from getting his tribute, which returns the lounge to normal.
