I know! The more sleep I get, the more tired I am. I have no idea why...

Keeping it around 8 hours works best for me, though it's normally more between 7-8 hours that the squishy pink/grey thing in my head whips the tiny hamster that runs on this wheel I made out of old school textbooks and other un-important things. XP

Science has proven (don't quote me if I'm wrong) that sleeping more than about 8 hours can actually make you more tired. However, you should still probably get about six-seven hours. I think. XD
