put in zip folder, use mediafire or something.

copy the map from minecraft's files (search %appdata% or something, i'm not entirely sure) then email your friends with the copied file attached.

On windows, search %appdata%, go into Roaming if you see it, then go into .minecraft, then into the Saves folder. Copy the save you want,, then paste on the desktop or somewhere else. Right-click the folder, go to Send To, then compressed/zipped folder. Upload the zipped folder with Mediafire or email it to them.
