Dr. Frankenstein Is Spinning In His Fictional Grave

Chols

I have two headsets with broken microphones. One had the mic jack ripped off, the other appears to be broken on the mic arm itself.

So naturally I try to combine the two and see if it works.

Did not work.

I have no idea what I'm doing.

I think it has to do with different types of wires.

I just remembered radio shack sells replacement jacks. On a buy one and try it.

Bawww Radioshack did not have any replacements. :\

I just got a new headset instead. Maybe it'll be better than my cheap old pair :B

Normally connecting wires should work, but the jack is over ten years old, so the wiring was completely different. :|

Oh well, this new pair is even better c:

I got that old headset with a really old speech-to-text program I used to use.

Somehow it was the most durable headset I've ever had. o.0
