There are two things I took away from my time at Valve:

 

1. The people who work there are incredibly driven, intelligent, and dedicated to what they do. The work environment they've established for themselves enables them to guarantee that anything that goes out with their name on it is something they are immensely proud of.

 

2. Their hallway art is way better than ours:

I visit Valve sometimes in my dreams. It's a wonderful place, even better than Pyroland and Rainbow Road and... dare I say it... Equestria.
