Hanami - Sakuras Galore
As those Japan-crazed people would know, 'hanami' means the pleasurable act of watching cherry blossoms anywhere.
Yeah.
Even in an amusement park.
Let me share a little something to you all, to those who are not in the Land of the Rising Sun currently.
Last year, I went to Japan with my mother and aunt. Mother was on a business trip, and my Japanese aunt was free to come with me. She loved her home-country, but she could question its culture turning to cult-worthy attitudes.
Anywho, we went to Tokyo Disneyland shortly after we touched down. Yes, we were supposed to be tired but my mother had never been to Disneyland before. I wanted to help fulfill that wish just a bit that day.
We saw sakura trees in full bloom, and the shutters flew.
I took a picture with some Sony camera I can't remember. I reviewed the picture on the camera's tiny screen, and guess what I found!
So, at 11:37am, I found a sakura tree with a surprise. (Forgive me for leaving the day and time on! I didn't know how to fix that!)
Cute, no?
