Take your time.

Rushing will only lead to uneven colouring, lack of depth in both colour and shading, and inconsistencies. Trust me on that. It's better if you do it panel by panel, and take breaks in between. Like, 30 minutes for one panel, a break of 15 minutes or more, then the next panel. (time's estimated, it depends on your colouring style )
