As they kill their foes, little bits of the dead people's souls can be trapped in their armor and... Perhaps... They wear that armor to have extra fuel. Like, for a back-up fuel source. Maybe.

Huh? The way I told you is the way they are. It's just the armor. If you look really close athe Skorgalni pic in my art topic, you'll see wires spreading from the armor, and into the bones of the skeletons...

I saw those. I just needed an excuse for the grody armor he's wearing. It looks cool that way...

Ah... He's just heavily damaged from battles in the past...

Not really. The Skorgalni are more like mindless drones. The leaders of my cult-church will be in charge of them, giving them commands...

Also, I'd like to see this as a card game. I've actually drafted up some card designs for major characters and armies...

Well, this is a big army/hoard/group, right? If this is as big as I imagen, they would have to have some kind of sub-leaders.
