Looks good, I like the design. As a name suggestion I suggest, "Starburst" (unless its already taken by some pony in the show. Or someone already used it) and their cutie mark would be fireworks. They would be in charge of the fire works and explosions of happiness.

Starburst is nice, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's already taken, heh. Which is exactly what happened with my Silver Wing idea.
