In fact, I'm fairly certain of it.

Maybe I'm just hearing it to Queen's beat.

Haha, well there is a Queen song very much like that. However, the lyrics "I need somebody to love" can also be found in the Beatles' With A Little Help From My Friends. I don't remember the lyrics being sung that way, though, and not twice in a row, whereas the way it was written would fit Queen's Somebody to Love better. So, it could be both?
