After spending the better part of my rare holiday with a massive headache (also preventing proper sleep, yay!), no voice, the inability to eat or drink without vomiting all over the house, and a heavily distorted view of reality (although some pills granted about an hour of "real" reality), which may or may not have included a couple of hallucinations, I'm feeling all better now.
