I got Pokémon X a couple of days ago and have been playing it for several hours a day every day since. It's been so long since I last played a Pokémon game (since the third generation, I think) that I almost forgot how fun these games are, although I managed to get back into the swing of things pretty quickly.

Currently, I am in Cyllage City and have just defeated Grant, the second Gym Leader. My current team is (nicknames in parenthesis):

Floette (Navi), Level 27

Frogadier (Kermit), Level 27

Ivysaur (Bub), Level 27

Pidgeotto (Falco), Level 27

Combusken (no nickname because I got from the Mystery Gift promotion), Level 31

Pikachu (Pika [i know, it's so original]), Level 27

This is probably not going to be my final team, but so far I am quite pleased with all of them. Especially Combusken, who is leveling up like crazy and is the heaviest hitter on the team.

I'd have to say that my favorite new feature (or new to me, anyway) so far is how your Pokémon get experience even if you capture a wiid Pokémon. It gives me a lot more incentive to catch 'em all. I also like Super Training and Exp. share quite a bit as well, for obvious reasons.
