Since when is there a rating scale out of 6? 4.4 out of 5 is good, out of 10 is probably bad, but 6?

Granted, I wouldn't trust those pamplets they give out, cause those tend to be slightly skewed. "Yeah, we cut funding to certain programs making it so at least half the students can't take the courses... but look at our pretty campus, it has trees and flowers and grass!"

Yeah, that's what I saw. Although I think that they are trying to get people to read/write reviews.
