Weekly Wonderings: Premier Edition.

Since this week is the Premie Edition, I will be asking two questions, or wonderings if you will. This week I'd like to have your guy's input on Energy Hounds amphibiousness, and what element a staff I made would better line up with.

WW¹- On the subject of Energy hounds being amphibious, at least in the universe I am trying to build, which version looks better?
