When done well. Sometimes asymmetry is just jarring, but other times it's really nice.

If it's done well, it's good. Some asymmetry with mostly symmetry tends to be good, whereas splitting something straight down the middle with no consistent pattern on each side looks really, really bad.

Pohatu is the good kind of asymmetry, whereas a set like Splitface (to me) is the bad kind.

Functional, balanced, aesthetic asymmetry is fine. If it's just something random, then not really.

Doesn't bother me one way or another.
