Vorahk1Panrahk2 Posted February 1, 2015 My favorite required "reading" list for a class consisted of Watchmen (the comic), The Road, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Battlestar Galactica, and American Gods. It was a weird class. Competing With the Soviets actually sounds kind of interesting. Quote Link to comment
Zatth Posted February 1, 2015 Took a class last year called Religion, Fantasy, and Imagination. Taught by an 80-year old Scottish professor/actor who graduated from Saint Andrews, and the required readings were The Chronicles of Narnia, LotR trilogy, and the Harry Potter Saga. COLLEGE. 5 Quote Link to comment
fishers64 Posted February 2, 2015 I'm not surprised. Much. If you take storytelling class par for the course (pun intended). Back in the day, I hearted reading Stephen King's On Writing for AP Lang though. COLLEGE.This. Is freakin' awesome. Trust me, as a web designer I get similar treats. It's just harder to conceptualize. If I don't get them I make my own. Quote Link to comment

-Windrider- Posted February 2, 2015 Madame Bovary is a wild ride from start to finish. Ulysses...well, I never got past page 15 or so. I need to revisit it. Quote Link to comment
