GAAH!

Just when I thought I could ask Omi a little earlier about pirate cosplay advice, my players landed the bomb on me: We were definitely going out in garb - tomorrow.

The Pirates of the Carribean Medley is going out in full force. Today was the sound practice and everyone got a nice shock to hear the Port Royale theme filtering through the speakers. There were cheers and hoots.

So, to keep things up, we decided to cosplay.

The closest character I resembled was Will Turner. However, going as a bucaneering buddie was fine enough for me. I found me a white top, somewhat striped in black, with a black sleeveless on the inside. I found three belts, but none of them fit the pirate theme of a belt strap going from shoulder to hip.

And all I found for head gear was a blue-white-tie-dye bandana.

I hope the garb actually works out on the day itself. If it doesn't, well, we rum-drinking pirates would do a little jig with the music we play.
