I've made it my goal to figure out how to get colors to work properly.

I managed to use blue, teal, orange, and yellow in a patch of black that I colored in.

I blame it on poli (Advertising removed) who is in my drawing class. There was a contest that our teacher suggested we enter, I did my entry over the course of two, three days, now that I look at it it isn't all that great, but she did her's literally something like three hours before the entries were to be turned in, and well it's no surprise I didn't get anywhere but she got first place.

I mean, DANG, three hours to prepare a winning entry? oO

Yeah, and I saw her entry the other day and it's absurdly good. All the colors... were, like, so good. Gah. I wanna suck out her brains and absorb her talent.

Whadya mean? Gosh, it's a TV show, they're actors, they don't REALLY die when Sylar brains them.

I must master the colors... I mean, if I want to figure out shape, I can sketch and doodle to my heart's content all day with my trusty sketchbook, but for colors, I don't get nearly as much chance for practice...

Someone should invent a pencil that could change into any color at the push of a few controls. Only one utensil to carry around, and draw in all the colors of the rainbow! Highly unlikely of course, but it'd be so cool if it were possible...

... anyway, yeah. SO COLORFUL but it still looks the same shades and values... and theres all those blues and purples along the edge of the mass of white, and it really looked like feathers and stuff... and it was so realistic... and GAH I gotta learn how to do that...
