Writing that past entry brought some things into perspective for me, and after some thinking... I'm quitting that doctorate for good. Wasn't worth it, I never had any useful results and mostly just suffered?

So, now the next scary thing will be finding a job. And when I say scary, I mean scary. At least I will still be working in my previous job until end of may or so.
