I need some help on improving a MOC...soon!

The MOC

I'd appreciate a comment in my blog entry, but if you don't have time I don't mind it here.

I want to display him, but he needs work before I'll reveal him to the BBC (if I ever do) so I want your advice on improving him. I already made the green piraka legs hordika, and experimented with a metruan body instead of the claws and vissie feet. But I'm not too happy with him, so I might just scrap him.

hi, im full metal. though im to lazy to post my mocs, i think they are prity good. i tend to moc huminoids alot. mostly toa, or dark hunters. i use costom body's...mostly. unless im doing a lhikan remoc, or something like a metru moc, thats when i use toa bodies. heres a pic of a toa i call Kaboto.

Um, can I join? I'm not super-man when it comes to mocs, but sometimes I'm pretty good. if i need a moc to use as an entry thing, i'll go moc right away. btw, my brickshelf is pretty bleak, i randomly use it, so i have 3 or 4 mocs there.

Well, I'm ToaMatt3695, I've been with Bionicle since late 2003, before the Movie came out. My first 4 Bionicles were Makuta, Tahu N, Kopaka N, and Pohatu M.

Well, my collection is very big, as I have at least 5 sets in one year. I think the most bionicles i got in one year was 2004, when I was missing only nidhiki, krekka, and nivawhk.

I moc very much, often making small, funny looking things (mice, Bitties*) strong, heroic toa, powerful, malicious villains, and brave and majestic rahi. except im usually too lazy to post. way to lazy.

Alrighty then. Anyways, my love for MOCing was what brought me to this site (along with the Vezon and Fenrakk review >.>), and of course, here. I've made quite a few MOCs, most of which are for my epic which is "being written" (read: I'm procrastinating), including the 3 bionicle MOCs I have built right now that I haven't put on brickshelf. (It's a Titan and 2 Turaga.) I also have a few Exo-Force MOCs, one of which is a semi-standard asymmetrical robot, while the other is a tripod-style battle machine that can transform into a plane.

I own one of every 07 set (With doubles of Nocty, Pridak, Dekar, Defilak, and Morak), and have all of 06's titans (the canister sets used WAY too much rubber. I also have a decent collection of parts dating back all the way to Slizers (I have a half-complete disc collection and 2 milennia), and a few system parts as well. I don't use the system parts in my Bionicle MOCs very often, save for a few jewels sometimes, because I find them too blocky; however, I do like to use Bionicle pieces in my Exo-Force MOCs (Rhotuka launchers make great guns!).

My favorite color scheme is Black, Silver, and Takadox GITD Blue, and I use this one a little too often (My last Self-MOC, my last BBC entry, my unreleased titan). Colors I find hard to work with, however, are Mata Red, Brown, and to some extent gold - I just don't have enough of either type of gold's pieces to use them exclusively as the only kind of armor, and gold and silver on one MOC looks horrible.

The part of MOCing I have the most problems with is probably making custom lower limbs - I just don't have too many ball-joint pieces. In my current titan I use ball joints for the custom lower right arm (the one that holds his weapon), but I used a pin to add articulation to the left one because it worked perfectly with the shield. The lower legs, however, are just rahkshi legs with a bit of armor put on - something I don't really like doing, but in some cases have to. I also sometimes have a little trouble with torso design, but that's because most of the good ones have been used =P. Most of mine revolve around a single axle, though, which is good because it shows I'm decent at creating bulk around something thin.

I improved improved it's torso design and pimped up it's sword and shield for a for a lego magazine contest.

The final Wyvern in the series of Wyvern MOCs I've been creating.

It has a new color, new wings, new feet, new armor, new torso,

and a new head. The torso isnt terribly different I and II, but I

assure you, its compeltely new. The new head is one of my

favorite part. Credit to LEGO for the inspiration for the spike

coming from the sides of the head. So, enjoy the final dragon in

it's proud family...!

I like to build robots. I try to make them transform whenever I can. I feel I should join because I mainly build MOCs not related to Bionicle but with Bionicle parts. IE, my robots.

umm hi im Toa Kera formerly known as Commando Scorch

I usually MOC revamps toa and titans, i never moc large rahi they are my worst. My toa come out pretty good and are usually custom and my titans are alright and are kinda small. I think my revamps are my best and you can see one of them in a recent contest # 42 i believe im not sure

I am now working on a titan named Zorakh and a toa that has not been named yet. so yea ill update u when i get them finshed
