Okay, I would suggest you go to a parent, or, if one is not avaliable, PUNCH THEIR LITTLE LIGHTS OUT!!!

The second one is a more viable option, I'd say. 12 year old sisters don't respond well to parents, in my experience.

Technically, I didn't yet, since you're not certified, and therefore cannot give official tests.

I would suggest you allow yourself to be more exposed to this problem, let yourself see it more, use it in every post.
