God of War. Prince of Persia. Those are the two series that are really good for PS2 (especially since GoW is only for PS2).

So very YES.

Also, Devil May Cry is a really fun game.

Well first off I am so getting KH games, they are really cute. Secondly I would love to get Prince of Persia and God of War stuff (fun games, I got Sands of Time for PC); But it's all M games.

And my parents no likey M. I'm gunna have trouble even getting some T games. ;;

Yeah, Free stuff is great, that is how I got my PS1, and Sega Genesis, and Game Boy Color, and Nintendo 64(Christmas Present), and Nintendo Wii(Dad Won it in a Contest at a Computer Conference), And Game Boy Advance(Also a Christmas Present). I guess the only systems that I paid for are my Dreamcast(Got it at a Yard Sale) and DS. But yeah, Free Stuff ROCKS!!!

Ignore what he just said. Although KH is a half decent game, II sucks unless you're playing FM+, and even then it's not all that great. Plus you need to get a special disk and then pay through the nose for shipping.

But get FFX, the Ratchet and Clank Series, and Shadow of the Colossus. Possibly the Jak series. Everybody raves about them but I don't personally like em'.

Also, Soul Calibur III. Lots and lots of Soul Calibur III.

Wow, thank you very much. Even though KH is a lot of button mashing, I enjoy it for the story and the psychological themes... and the classic Disney... besides, she already said she's getting it....

Besides not getting KH, I agree with everything else you said. Shadow of the Colossus is really good, but kinda violent.

Anyway, LK, you're gunna have one heck of of a time just deciding which one to get first, since we're giving you so many ideas.

It's not the button mashing. It's the fact that II is the same game as I. You have the same envoriments and the same worlds. Honestly you have the whole game's plot crammed into the first and last hour of the game. The rest is just going through the same old worlds doing the same old stuff. The only parts I enjoyed was the original Twilight Town, Pride Rock, and the final level that I can't be bothered to remember.

And the fact they runined Riku. That enough ticks me off.

But I'm probably buying Final Fantasy XII first. I've been wanting that game sooo bad.

Ah yes, I remember when my cousin sold me his PS1 for $20. ^^ Yay Final Fantasy VII, it's kept that thing occupied for the 3 years I've had it. Now if only I could find my memory card so I can fight Sephiroth and Jenova...

If you want a good game for the PS2, may I suggest Star Wars Battlefront 2?

Pros: Decent graphics

Nice storyline, features both original and movie material

Huge maps

Freeplay is just as good as story mode

Excellent space combat levels

Cons: On freeplay and Galactic Conquest modes, the constant need to just capture CPs gets a little repetetive

A fair number of the heroes (Re: Main characters) are not much better than normal units.
