I usually don't get many PMs. And when I do, I head right to my profile because it's usually a new comment. In these past few days however, I've gotten about one per day. Even today I've already received two. Thus, I figured now is as good of a time as any to talk about PMs.

 

I like being PMed. It shows that some noticed me as an individual, rather than just another member. Even when quoted in topics or in comments, it isn't the same as being PMed. Sure, with questions it's best to ask in the forums because more people, and almost certainly those with the answer, will be viewing. With PMing, your question might not have an answer. But I still like being PMed.

I might get five a month, but even that is a stretch.

I used to receive 4-5 PMs a day but now I rarely get PMed. If I do, the maximum amount of PMs is 2.

Recently one per day. Most was I believe seven?

 

But they're usually by the same member. If its someone requesting a banner and I never heard of him, I'm a bit happy. If its B6, I quake in my skin. If its Taki telling to go on AIM or something, then I go 'oh, I'm not on!' then feel like an cool dude when I do.

 

But just for you, I'm gonna PM you.

I've never got more than three at a time, except for ages ago when I ran the Second Official Comedy Contest and I got something like 17.

Once, every year, when the stars and planets align just right, and the full moon appears... I might get a PM...

I suppose I'll get between two and three a day, but a lot of them are moderately pointless.

About 0.000000...0001 every 38.85 nano seconds. :D

In reality I probably get about 0.5 per day, most of them responses from Greg.

Maybe 5 a week, if they really feel like it. Or they are replying to something I PMed them.

I really don't know, but it's not a huge number.
