It Is... Over.
Sorry; that first line of Tahu Nuva's leapt into my head as a title.
But it is over. Mercifully so. Thank-the-gods-I-don't-have-to-do-this-again-till-May so. And it will be oh so much worse then, but for now I have three whole days with not one thing to do, and will not worry about the AP exams until I have to.
Latin went well; we had an entertaining but difficult-to-figure-out passage from Martial in addition to the obvious Aeneid... History could have been better; some of the multiple choice were hard and I couldn't remember which treaty ended which war in the matching... Calculus was terrible; I had to leave some questions blank because I had no idea how to do them and then no time after I finished what I could do... English was easy... Biology was going quite well until the essays, where my whole class (all seven of us) died because we had no idea what to do at first – I'm pretty confident I got everything I needed to down for the first one, but because I had so little time left after it I only got half of the second one done. Oh well. Then Greek wasn't so bad; there were a few words neither Katie nor I (only people in the class!) knew, so Dr. Jones has to let those slide if none of us knew them.
By the way, the Greek verb ferw (phero) is quite as bad as the Latin verb fero. It starts as ferw for the present indicative and ferein (pherein) for the infinitve, then becomes hnegkw (pronounced "enengo") in the imperfect.
But I don't have to think much about that until Monday. For now, expect a redesign of Toa Jovan and, hopefully, the second chapter of Quest for Lost Dreams this weekened... And hopefully I can get Karzahni and Jaller Mahri at TRU. They had neither last week.
Well, I actually do have one thing to do. Madame gave me the AP French test to take at some point, just to see how well I'd do on it. But that, too, I will think about later.
*enjoys the snow and quiet and lack of anything to do for the moment*
