MBC 2: Mini MOC Contest

That's right! I have listened to your requests, and have made a new Contest!

This one will be better for those MOCers who have trouble building big! :P

Your objective: Build a MOC of a nasty critter or creature that resides in the Great Tree!

Entries begin being accepted as soon as this topic is posted, and will stop being accepted on Monday, March 4th at 11:59 P.M. EST. I will accept unlimited entries for this contest, so there's no need to rush your entry.

To enter, simply post a link to your .jpg, .gif or .png entry picture in this blog entry. Your entry post in this blog contest should appear as follows:

Entry Name:

Entry Pic URL:

Topic URL (if applicable):

You really don't need a topic, but you will probably make one anyway.

Rules:

1) MOC must be no taller than 4" and no longer than 5".

2) It Must be a critter or creature: no Matoran or Toa, etc.

3) Only one MOC per entry, but you may have multiple MOCs of the same creature if you want.

4) It must be a NEW creation that has not been posted on BZPower before.

5) No non LEGO parts aloud please. I'm sure everyone knows that<<<

6) No painted parts please.

Prizes:

The one winner will have the critter as an official character (with their own BIO) in my upcoming Epic, as well have their own content block with whatever they want in it! Also, kardasnui3797(Bunda) has added an extra prize to those also. The winner will also be featured in his epic!

Second place will have their own content block as well.

Update: shadownewva5982 will donate his Gold Hau for 1st place and a Gold Akaku/Kakama for 2nd place (whatever Pohatu's mask is).

Voting:

Voting begins AT NOON on Wednesday, and will last from March 5th-10th. I will tally up the entries then.

The voting process will have no favorites. The finalist MOCs depend solely on the number of votes that the people replying in the topic give. Each person can only vote and reply once. However, if enough people enter, I will make multiple "polls". If you wish to null vote, say so. Of course, vote for your MOC if you want to.

Therefore, let's see some entries people! Let the contest begin!

Need help making a linky support banner!

Thanks to Chrome for the banner!

Change in rules! The creature does not have to be a bad critter anymore. You can enter cute or whatever, as long as it still fits the size! :)

Those who wanted to make something like this are welcome to change your entry.

Well, I've dropped my dragonfly idea for something better. The reason is because I just got an extra Nocturn...

Watch out people, watch out...

seems iterresting, I'll enter. but I have 2 questions:

1: My creature is supposed to be a baby form of the species. Can I post the adult and baby for the contest? (I might be making a bug instead of my original idea. can I post the larvae and adult? )

2: does the tail count torwards the length?

Well, my other awesome MoC was too big (It would've fit the original 7"). So, I went back to my dragonfly idea. Here it is:

Name: Aruugann Fly

WAIT!! Due to some feedback, I'll be adding some more of the species later...

I finally finished my entry, after many diffuculties I present to you. . .

Back Story: When the Great being Mordirak was created, he was given three eggs. The hatch-lings became powerful rulers in the universe. They in turn produced off springs, which are around 6-7 feet tall and around 8 feet long. They are born with sleek, scaly bodies, and when they mature they grow an armor like layer. Their colors often dull and they become wiser. When they fully evolve into mature Mordirak they grow a pair of arms, and grow several feet, some up to 20 feet high and 27 feet long. Hatchings are rare, and only a handful survive today.

The tails of these creatures are poisonous and the have razor sharp claws. The creatures live in harsh habitats, to keep themselves from growing weak.

Actually, there is a loop-hole. I can add more of the same species, just not edit this one.

A bit large, it might get DQed. . .

Nope. It's exacly 5" x 4"... or whatever it is. I remember double checking the size and everything just in case of that was the case. It is perfectly fine. :)

No, but you can have two babies if you want, or two adults, as long as they are the same. :)
