Chapter Four of Federation of Fear was posted, briefly taken down, and then re-posted on www.bioniclestory.com today.

Spiriah has been in command of Brutaka's ship for three days, not giving his captive crewmates an inch for resistance. Just off the shore of Zakaz, Spiriah's small armada of Zyglak ships attacks the Dark Hunter patrol boats. Those that are not sunk immediately beach on Zakaz -- their crews are promptly killed by the hateful Skakdi. Spiriah's Zyglak seem to have the seain their control when creatures from beneath the waves start sinking all their vessels. The attackers are those of Ehlek's original species, loyal to Brutaka. It is now when Brutaka finally makes his first and last move to remove Spiriah from control of the boat, pinning him down with a sword to his chest. Brutaka then introduces the being responsible for rousing Ehlek's people, the seventh member of the team: Lariska.

Predictions: Evidently, Lariska has somehow left the Dark Hunter organization and become friendly with the Order of Mata Nui. I'm guessing that much of the next chapter will explain how she made this sudden shift in allegiance.
