Entry 3 of the Mutran Chronicles was finally posted on www.bioniclestory.com today.

At the beginning of this chapter, Miserix's most trusted lieutenant, the Makuta of Metru Nui, has made his glorious triumph over the Barraki rebellion. However, Mutran and the female Makuta Gorast are sent to the northwest of the Barraki kingdom to clean away Kalmah's fortress. Gorast, although female, is known as a fierce warrior with a mind set on carnage, with a "spiky" personality to match. It is in the rubble of the pillaged and desolate remains of the fortress that Mutran chances upon a tablet inscribed with a discovery of Kalmah's concerning one of his own Rahi creations: the blade burrowers. When two or more come together, the blade burrowers would always seem to dig radiating tunnels at random. Kalmah, however, noticed that the blade burrowers alway dig the same pattern -- a map: created first with two lines, one running north with the other running south. To this day, Mutran has been confused and almost terrified over what his creations are obsessed with creating and why they are sketching a landmass that he is unable to identify.

Predictions: The blade burrowers could be sketching the island of Mata Nui, the superterranean island which Mutran would never have encountered. Whether Farshtey will finally resolve the blade burrower mystery, I cannot really say.
