Um, you're wrong. BBCC stands for Bionicle Based C reations Contest. It's shortened to BBC meaning Bionicle Based Creations. Building isn't anywhere.

No, not really. There's a human inside there, and head needs the least strength enhancement, so it seems comparatively small because of the mechanisms enhancing the rest of the body.

Matter of taste, I suppose.
