A team of toa that are the outcome of a Makuta's experiment to make Shadow Toa, which inadvertently just made regular toa with Makuta-esque powers (Power Scream + Normal Toa Powers, Laser Vision + Normal Toa Powers, etc.) They'd also be much harsher and more willing to take the lives of their enemies... Just stuff like that...
