Well you could use this to prove your self worth of being a supervisor and maby get promoted or you can blow up the building...I'd go with blowing up the buileding.

They'll make the "little guy" do all the work he can for as little pay as possible. Its better for them to have 3 low paid workers do the job of 1 high paid worker. I've been a victim of this for a few years now. . .

As much as I wouldn't mind being a supervisor, I don't want to be a supervisor at my store. I hate one of the co-managers.

Well, the Connection Center associate at mine does Dept. Manager stuff for his job... and he is the only Connection Center associate. The other person who knows Connection Center is quitting. Which is fine by me cuz she was rude. So, I obviously didn't like her.
