Just like with group reports; the one who actually cares about their grade does all the work. The others know this so they do nothing and let him/her do all the work.

All I can say is dang. This si why I didn't apply to any places I'd have to do anything like that at.

I got a taste of what you feel, today. I had to make a "refresher sheet" of all the things that need to be done in the pharmacy daily for the children who work at night now. Lets just say that Frank and Sharon weren't too happy today to see a mess left because they were slacking last night. There was a floater pharmacist on so they could get away with it...
