I don't think it's just the Comedies Forum

It's kinda ironic, though. The '300+ words' warning is at the top of every single page in the Comedies forum. You'd think for once someone would actually see it. But no...

*raises hand* I've had a comedy for over two years now and not a single chapter has been under 300 words! =D

... but yes it's incredible how 300 words per chapter can sometimes blur in your vision and look like "300 characters" or "300 words for the entire comedy" or "300 words eventually" or "write however little you want" or "you don't need a first chapter." And sometimes even "Go ahead and spam!"

Just like "don't repeat answers" can look like "go ahead and just agree with the previous poster."

Yes, is it kind of ironic that this happens even though there is a reminder on every single page not to post chapters with less than 300 words. Maybe those words need to be a little bit bigger...

Lucky for me, I have the opposite problem. I don't really worry about the 300 word limit, since I have a hard time stopping my ideas. It's the 50k characters per post I need to worry about (I think that's the limit. I know I've hit it before, and needed to move the rest of what I was typing into another post.)
