All they'd need to do is make a BZP version of the image, then make it a rule that offsite links containing forums and such need to be imagelinks using the disclaimer.

I'm in favour, personally.

 

Realistically, though... not gonna happen. Compromises the spirit of the policy too much, methinks.

This is 100% what I advocate. If what they're worried about is keeping the kiddies away from content they can't control (which is the only vaguely reasonable justification I've heard for this rule, and even then), then this is the most reasonable solution.

This could even help with sites we allow like Maj, which also has uncontrollable content. Only I wouldn't like to have to click warnings all the time. >>
