So yeah. I went to see The Dark Knight with some folks last night... but the showing was sold out so we had to hang out at the mall until a later showing.

Our theater STILL DOESN'T HAVE HECKCHILD OR GET SMART OR ANYTHING WTH

So anyway I went into Kmart and THEY JUST RESTOCKED BARRAKI
lololol

They are sooooo slooooow.

But at least they have Mahri and Phantoka, which they also restocked. Neither of which have had price changes so yay. They also had Antroz and Lewa, which they were out of at Walmart, so I'll try to get those when next I go to Lihue with some spare moneys.

So yeah went to see Dark Knight. It was amazing. Yeah, I know I'm just echoing everyone else but w/e.
The movie was kinda made... better... by having them FREAKING PLAY THE MAMA MIA SOUNDTRACK BEFORE IT WTH
Someone we were with went to go ask them to turn that heck-spawned music off but they said they wanted to but they had to advertise the movie.
BUT THAT IS NOT POSITIVE ADVERTISING

So anyway... I'll put further thoughts in SPOILER tags. Lololol.

So yeah... it was sooooo cool. Way better than the first one. And people kept telling me that it was dark and morbid and stuff, and that kinda put me off... and it kinda is... but it so works.

And yeah stuff.

Joker was awesooooome. And what, is Scarecrow gonna have cameos in every movie? :P

And Two Face... cool stuff... even if it looked real gross. XP

I thought the movie was gonna end though and he was gonna be the next movie's villain. I'm glad they didn't though. I got enough of him.

It was all good though.

Yeah...


It just kept going and going, but in this case that was a great thing. The entirety of the film was riveting.

But that leaves me wondering...

Who will be the next villain? Ivy? Mr. Freeze? Mr. Penguin? I dunno. But any Freeze or Ivy would be better than they were in the old movie. :lol:
Man that thing sucked.

THEY BETTER NOT BRING BACK JOKER THAT WOULD RUIN EVERYTHING

They're pretty slow... they just got the Phantoka a month or so ago.

 

So yeah... they might be here by Thanksgiving.

As to who the villain is next, do you remember when that guy (I forget his name, the one who makes Batman's suits and equipment for him...) was showing Bruce the new suit, and Bruce asked him, "Is it dog proof?", and the other guy answers, "No, but it's cat proof." Just a thought, it might be Catwoman.

 

Oh, and FYI, I didn't think of that on my own. ;)

CGI a person? What about voice? That was more than half the actor.

 

Nope. They could never successfully bring the Joker back.

Yeah... Good movie. I'd like to see The Penguin as the next villain. Or Harley Quinn.

That's my point. If they brought him back it would be a different actor, and that would FAIL so hard.

What they need to do is find some guy who looks and sounds like Heath, then use Clockwork Orange-style brainwashing to hammer Heath Ledger's amazing Joker performance into his mind. Let the hunt begin.
