Transformers: Armada.

You know, the ones where you could attach the Minicon, the smaller robots, to the larger robots?

Sound familiar?

Don't forget those new Mini-robots on Exo-force sets this year.

lol, completely forgot about those.

And actually like forever ago I got this really cool Mega Bloks thing. It was a gigantic robot, and you could put a little guy inside it.

No, those would be targetmasters. Nebulans who become weapons.

@ Bfahome ('cause I'm too lazy to quote right now :D)Oh yeah! I had some of those! The ones with minifigs in their heads! They could sue LEGO over EXO-FORCE!!

I think LEGO should sue because, aside from turning into balls, Neo Shifters have...

Rhotuka Launchers

Zamor Launchers

Tridax Pods

Look at the boxes and tell me I'm wrong.

Off-topic: Why does LEGO capitalize everything? DUPLO, EXO-FORCE, BIONICLE..well that's about it, but come on...

Oh wait, that's right. Those Battle B-Daman people can also sue LEGO for ripping off their idea with the Zamors. Thanks for reminding me.

And LEGO didn't invent the concept of ripcord spinners.

EDIT: Oh yeah lol B-Daman can also sue LEGO for ripping off the Tridax concept of launching from the chest:

So basically LEGO took their ideas and used them in different ways.

Which is why you can't say the Neo-Shifters are ripoffs. They have all three and look like neither the Hordika nor Makuta. Nor Piraka or Inika.

One similarity, or one copy? It looks..eerily similar to me. Same shape. Same mechanism.

Besides the fact that MEGA-BLOKS (hey, they capitalize too much too!) uses exact replicas of LEGO's bricks, and the ones they don't copy exactly, they copy roughly (i.e. minifigs)

I'm not saying I know enough about the situation to call a lawsuit. Maybe LEGO lets them. Maybe they're the same company. Maybe the big guys are old college buddies. I don't know. But it doesn't seem right to me.

OMG total conversation with Bfahome over legality

But the concept of little things attaching to big things has been around forever.

And if Hasbro doesn't own a copyright, then their case is kind of a stretch.

Lego can't sue Mega Bloks either. Just because their sets have turned into balls doesn't mean that they own the copyright on that idea.

However, Chuck Norris can sue them all for copyright infringement because they used awesome without his permission.

And Omicron can sue Chuck Norris for using awesome without his permission. Oh wait, Chuck Norris didn't. Because he's not awesome.

OoooOOoooooOOOOoooooh, an insult to Chuck Norris?

Oh well, if anybody wanted to sue, they would.

And it would be the end of the world.
