The only reason I want a laptop is because we only have one computer in the house, and my mom works on it all day.

Good point. But:

1) Don't Laptops cost more?

2) Buying a mouse ruins the POINT of a laptop---being compact. Someone needs to design a decent mouse that's built in the laptop. THAT MEANS YOU, DUDE WHO OWNS DELL.
