I had like two breaks in Toa Ignika and a bunch of others elsewhere. Oh, and one #2 Red Axle from the left Midak on my T6. It just broke. I picked up the T6 and the left Midak practically fell off.

While the problem was fixed, the pieces that break were still made before it was fixed, and were produced and shipped.
