Because it actually looks worse than some of your old MOCs. You could've made a more entertaining Toa-Modification. This one looks like you spent as much time as I spent on Velocita and didn't even make it a little original.

Somehow I forgot to mention the colors. You have totally mixed up color layering. First it looks like green is the armor, then, it looks like black is the armor. To finish it off, you have two random pieces of silver on the legs.

The Hockey thing is cool, and it might be acceptable except for those things on his arms and the hollowness of his forearms.

I disapprove, but I see no reason for anyone to pay attention to my opinion.
