Oh man the Insectoids were totally the coolest thing ever.

Oh, I envy you Roa. All of those sets came with amazing pieces.

The Celestial Stinger is an awesome set. I got it for Christmas back when it was new. Light up functions and magnets FTW!

Yeah, Lego should re-introduce magnets. I only got a handful.

I totally had the Planetary Prowler at one point. Ah, for the days when Costco sold Lego at ridiculously low prices...

Oh yeah, Costco... Sweet store. Brings back memories.

I've always thought the insectoids were awesome. But, this was about the time I was just getting into LEGO, so I didn't really find out about any of these really old themes until they were discontinued.

But let me tell you, this theme would have been a fave just from the looks of it.
