Considering how well thought out this particular one is, and the New Administrator of the Game (The Orb), and knowing that Ka-Chan is perfectly able to keep an RPG under control when need be, and knowing that Orb tends to make good decisions and is a rather agreeable and understandable person, I don't see it going up in smoke.

The members are RPGers who've at least played one before, and even then they know the rules and respect them, and this time around I'm sure that rule breakers will be dealt with.

Besides, you're only making a Hypothesis based off of the last one, which was because of disagreements between the Administrators of the game, as well as a bunch of members who did whatever they felt like and didn't really agree with the rules. And Ka-Chan didn't have as much time back then to keep it going according to plan.

The first, which was filled with New players (I being a New player), and the fact that the Admins got along and didn't do things that the other disagreed with is what kept that one up and fun, until the story arch ended. Generally, the second isn't the greatest as you're trying to implement new ideas, the third is generally one of the better since you know what'll work and what won't work.

It hasn't even started yet, so there's no down to bone evidence that says that it will go up in smoke.
