Mr. Byron <middle name removed> Foret

<address removed>

Dear Mr. Foret:

Congratulations! The LAPELS board has authorized me to inform you that on January 12, 2009, you were licensed as Professional Engineer number 34373.

This letter will serve as proof of your licensure through March 31, 2009. You will receive a biennial renewal invoice about sixty (60) days prior to your expiration date. Your licensure status will be continued as "Active" upon payment of the biennial fee and this status must be maintained for you to offer or provide engineering services. We do not issue license renewal cards. The link, roster of individuals and firms on our website, will let you search and print verification of your license.

We work hard to stay in touch with our registrants. Please contact our office immediately with any change of address or updated contact information we need in order to keep our database current.

Again congratulations. We look forward to working with you.

Sincerely,

<signed>

Heidi Watts

Executive Assistant

You are not a number! You are a FREE MAN!

Or something to that effect. Congratulations on not having to be some kind of rogue unlicensed criminal engineer. Though I suppose that there is still time for you to design a death ray or something like that and become a Mad Engineer. :P
