Seriously, Guys

Queen of Noise

William Shakespeare, the man from Stratford, wrote the plays attributed to him.

Even just by dates alone, neither Oxford, Bacon, Marlowe, or Elizabeth could have penned them--not to mention the indisputable stylistic differences, the implausible logistics, and the contemporary accounts of authorship.

William Shakespeare wrote his plays. That's just the way it is, guys; sorry to disappoint.

Plus, GREAT CHAIN OF BEING.

If anyone else had written Hamlet what would happen to the importance of the GREAT CHAIN OF BEING.

You'd lose half the jokes and wittiness, that's what. D:

Oh, sure he wrote them. After signing a mysterious contract with a mysterious stranger, his previously mediocre output gave way to works of outstanding brilliance. I read this in a Neil Gaiman comic, so it must be true!
