I watched it last night. The anime version, that is.

The art style was... I just didn't like it. I think they were trying to make it look old style or something? It was weird though, since the main robot girl looked like pretty normal anime stuff, while a bunch of the other characters just looked strange.

I liked the final scene. It was cool. The music in it was lulz. I really liked the music in the whole thing.

So overall I enjoyed it, I just had to phase out the annoyingness of the art. >_>

Little Miss Krahka

It's based off a manga by Osamu Tezuka, who I just happen to utterly adore because he is brilliant, though I admit, the art style takes a bit of getting used to if you're used to more modern anime fare. It's more Disney than anything else, which makes his more mature stuff just a little bit weird sometimes, though it actually works. So when I watched it, I didn't find it that odd. I'd already seen that stuff before.

But yeah, I actually liked that movie quite a bit.

Well, if you didn't like the movie, may I recommend the song Metropolis Pt. 1: The Miracle and the Sleeper and the album Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory? : D

 

Yeah, but I've never seen the movie before lol.
