My wi-fi is gone again...

It worked when I first installed it just fine. Now when I try to get on I have a connection but it goes away.

I even tried turning off the virus protection and firewall but it won't work at all no matter what.

Uhm Sisen...April fools aside, you heard about the conficker virus, right? I heard it has infected a lot of PCs and was supposed to activate today...

 

One of the symptoms was that your PC fails to connect to the internet.

 

A safe-check is to try and boot the PC in safe mode, if it can do that, you're in the clear, if it can't boot in safe mode...not so lucky.

 

But seeing as you are posting here, your propably just kidding ^^
