If you think I'm being biased, look at what he has so far: He defeated both Sonu and Rahkshiking in the TBTTRAHFL Tournament last year, and he's 2-0 this year.

Actually, it looks like we won't be needing the fight after all.

The new Arbiter successfully infiltrated the Zone of Darkness. He destroyed Mesonak's base, incinerated Darth Sock, KTM, and Chaotic Being with the Nova Beam, knocked Mesonak, Nidman, and Toa Spirit out, and killed the rest with an energy sword and his newly acquired Nova Beam powers. (Which I have no comment on at this time)

So it would appear there are three Kendan left, and the 2nd Arbiter has struck for the first time. And seeing as this act will probably get retaliation from one of the ghosts or survivors...
