Actually they have and it will probably be licensed in November, but the amounts needed are gigantic, not mention the amount of injection needles and syringes.

Do you know how many people with Hepatitis or HIV you come across while walking around the streets? Or any infectious disease for that matter. The amount of people with that flu is so dissapearingly small...
